Alphabet reported third-quarter revenue of $127.6 billion, a 25% increase from a year earlier, in its October 28 earnings release. The results cover the quarter ended September 30 and include Google’s consumer services and cloud businesses.

The company put Google Cloud revenue at $30.7 billion and said consolidated operating income increased 30%. These are company-reported financial results. Revenue, operating income and net income are different measures; growth in one should not be presented as an equivalent change in the others.
