Sam Fender’s Newcastle presale moves after ticketing disruption

The singer and ticketing company describe suspicious activity affecting the sale.

The ticket presale for Sam Fender’s 2027 St James’ Park shows was moved from October 28 to the morning of October 29 after disruption on Gigantic’s website, NME reported. Fender described the problem as a bot attack, while Gigantic said it had detected unusually heavy suspicious activity.

The affected sale concerns his Newcastle homecoming dates. The statements do not establish an attacker’s identity or confirm a theft of customer information. Fans should check the artist’s and ticketing provider’s current notices for sale arrangements rather than assume that other tour dates were also postponed.
