A California appeals court upheld Danny Masterson’s convictions for raping two women, the Associated Press reported on October 28. The ruling was issued a day earlier and leaves his sentence of 30 years to life in place.
The appellate panel rejected his challenges to the trial and a separate claim concerning his legal representation. His attorneys said they intended to ask the California Supreme Court to review the case. That stated plan does not mean the higher court has agreed to hear it.
