A Kremlin adviser said Vladimir Putin agreed in principle to restart three-party negotiations with Ukraine and the United States after November 10, AP reported on October 21.

The statement followed Putin’s meeting with U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff. It does not establish a ceasefire or a final agreement.
