U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on October 19 that intelligence sharing with Ukraine had not been interrupted, Reuters reported. He was speaking to reporters during a visit to Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

His account differed from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s remarks to NBC a day earlier. Zelenskyy said sharing had briefly stopped and then resumed. The Reuters report records the competing statements; it does not independently settle which account is correct.
